Weight Loss Fiber

Weight loss?
I have been going to the bathroom a lot. Ive been eating a lot of fiber, so that really explains that. However, my question is, when you go like 3 or 4 times a day, does that aid in weight loss?
That is not healthy and it is easy for you to become dehydrated.
You can lose weight with exercise and controlling your calories, not by eating fiber.
