Simeons Diet Drops
I just ordered oral hCg drops, but I’m having a heck of a time finding easy/short directions!?
Can someone help? I ordered the oral hCg drops. But I know this diet is STRICT and you cannot mess up on it. The only thing I found was a book by simeons etc. OMG, I don’t have time to read 100 pages. Does anyone know of some straightforward directions for the hCg diet? Maybe less than 5 pages?
This is my sixth day of taking the drops. I am updating my blog daily if you wanna follow and maybe post your own experiences.
I have some instructions but each of them are different, depending on who you got your drops from. Some have a 500 Cal diet, some have 750 cal diet, etc.
