Looking For Weight Loss Diet Combined With Exercise
Off to the gym, advice?
Wish me luck, I'm going to come and gym Tuesday. I quit ago a year and now I really want to lose weight. I put on half a stone when I stopped smoking, but you add that to one and a half I want to lose and I'm looking for 2 stones to get rid of. I expect 30-45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weight combined with a moderate diet. I'm on beta-blockers which slow my heartbeat that is the reason for the heavy heart. Do you have any advice for a gym plan that will help me and the whole experience exercise to lose weight that you can pass? Advice or ideas are really appreciated. Cheers Guys
weights before cardio – more efficient the burning of fat that way. Do it at least 50% weight and then some high intensity cardio. Focus on freeweights – squats, deadlifts, bench, etc. UPS Results chin come in so doing. Hope this helps.
