How can I lose weight?
Im 20 years old and im usually very skinny and small. This past summer i worked at an ice cream shop and sadly ice cream is my weakness. I have gained about 10 pounds and i have love handles and a little chub in the stomach.
Summer is coming up and I want to lose weight and I have been working out like crazy like every other day To Envy Girls. I do the abs and butt.
I have been considering a fat burner but don’t know what works and what doesnt and Im kinda scared to try them to find out it wont work and I will be out of money.
Please help. I would really like to look good in a bikini again instead of trying to hide it under a tshirt.
