Plans and Diet – The Diet Apfeldorfer

The Diet has Apfeldorfer Apfeldorfer Gerard, a psychiatrist specializing in eating disorders. This scheme is for people with bulimia, particularly those with bulimia. Unlike many other schemes, it is long life. First stage of this scheme is by asking fundamental questions such as why am I dieting? This system requires you to keep a log of what you eat. Some information to note is what and how much you eat and with whom you ate a meal or snack. And perhaps more importantly, you have to note the emotions associated with each meal.

Instead of avoiding special foods that you're just dying to eat to enjoy, perhaps in very small quantities, especially if they are high in calories. The trick is to take these forbidden foods, cut into unequal parts, discard most and eat the rest. Another great principle of the Diet Apfeldorfer is listening to hunger signals your body. Eat only when you hunger. Spend twenty to thirty minutes a day to be pampered, perhaps a massage. Among other principles do not let others help you down and practice a sport you like.

A major advantage of this scheme is to be able to eat what you want. A disadvantage is the need change your behavior and Apfeldorfer is not just talking about food. No wonder this system takes a while to be effective.

Menu 2 Breakfast: Two slices of bread with jam and a cup of tea. Lunch: lasagna vegetarian and fruit yogurt. The snack mid-afternoon is an apple and a tangerine. Dinner: Sliced raw vegetables, roast chicken, broccoli and for dessert with a scoop of lemon sorbet.
